What can you recommend watching?

Tried watching "Dispatches from Elsewhere" on Prime last night. The lead female role was clearly a bloke but I wasn't concerned, the character was interesting and I thoroughly enjoyed Ep 1.

Episode 2 threw me straight into the middle of a fucking Pride rally and that, I'm afraid, was that.

They have to spoil fucking *everything*, they won't let us have a fucking thing.

Re-watching Altered Carbon, it's a decent story and I'm a sucker for Sci-fi.

Bought Mass Effect Legendary Edition (remastered 4k games 1-3) while I'm at it. One of, if not the best story in Gaming.

I preferred watching my eldest play Mass Effect to anything that was on TV at that time.

Season 1 of Altered Carbon was utterly brilliant.

No. "Mother!" is, uh, yeah no. I'm not gonna describe it.

I recommend doing no research whatsoever on the film before watching it so that you are maximally unprepared for shit happening.

I had to watch it twice, a couple of months apart. The second time to make sure I hadn't had a nightmare and dreamed the first time.
After the second viewing, I "got it". It's a very, very deep film, behind the striking visuals, dialogue and excellent acting,.
 
Midsommar on Netflix.

Not putting a trailer up as suggest watching it with no insight.

It is one disturbing/fucked up film.

4 Desmos out of five (1 has “issues” and needs urgent professional help)
