The VJ23 is worth significantly more than the VJ22. While a well-kept VJ22 typically sells for between £5,000 and £10,000, a mint-condition VJ23 commands a premium of £15,000 to £17,000. [1]
The VJ23 commands a higher value for a few reasons:
- Rarity: Only around 2,200 units were ever produced by Suzuki.
- Grand Prix DNA: Introduced in 1996, it featured an all-new 70° V-twin engine (making 70hp when derestricted) that was much closer to factory GP bikes than the earlier models.
- SP Spec as Standard: All VJ23s came as Sport Production (SP) models with a dry clutch, close-ratio transmission, and ram-air intake.

Edit I’d want money of the vj23 for having the ohlins sticker on the forks
