I have owned this KR1 for the last 3 years and have to now concede that I’m never going to get it finished to the condition i had planned. It’s a very original and straight UK bike with only 8 previous owners and just 24,460 miles on the clock.

On the limited paperwork I have, there is a chassis number written down which I have HPI’d ( see last photo ) in the writing it says 1981 GOZ 1100 B1, which seems to correspond with the HPI.

I seem to recall a number of conversations where it was claimed that bmw's telever front forks, were based on the idea of the hossack front forks
Aye, Norman has a patent for his design, BMW have telelever and duolever designs, which look like evolutions of Normans original, BMW also have the paralever rear single sideded arm with the driveshaft within.
