Climate Change (Global Warming) 🥶🌍🌞

24 hours on sky news. The colossal iceberg that's in the news at the momment and being paraded as a possible doom creator. It actually broke away from Antartica in 2020 and took 4 years to reach South Georgia.

Now yesterday evening a scientist said that this might just be a great thing as the iceberg is stirring up the sea bed that is full of crustaceans, krill and other nutrients that will be beneficial to the large population of puffins and seals. South Georgia is home to around 5m seals and 65m breeding birds from 30 different species.

Then this afternoon a different scientist slipped up when she said the scientists in the Falklands are paid for from the U.K. overseas aid fund and if the aid is cut, they won't be there.

Can't see the difference myself 🤔

Big deal, they're all in decline anyway...nothing to do with the 3% of the 0.04% of plant food in the air.

Maybe this should be in the jokes thread...what a prick this fella is...

This is a psy op.

It will unfold thus: China tells Miliband to go fuck himself (diplomatically) and the crazy cretin comes back to Britain to tell us all, "China is being so beastly, we must re-double our efforts on NetZero. C'mon, you don't want to be like nasty old China now, do you?"

Boring.

Donald Trump announced a massive reversal to decades of American environmental policy on Monday as he vowed to 'immediately' open coal-fired power plants.
all American politicians are invested in energy. Since they spent many years being sneaky to make back door deals and illeagal stock transfers, they dont want any changes(unless they make them more $$) and Trump had obviously made some huge investment in coal or the coal fired generators. Even worse is the mess at Standing Rock where they have made it legal for the goverment to use armed drones against civilians. The Native American tribes were forced onto these lands when the white people conqured them and the Native people were told that the garbage land was there nation within our nation, well then they found Uranium on the land and the politicians decided to put an oil pipeline near the only water supply for the entire "independant nation". When the Native Americans protested and told the miners and oil line to get of their land, the fair and honest politicians deployed police and national gaurd miltary to "protect" the mines and pipeline. The result? multiple people arrested for recording, limbs lost due to flash gernades used on unarmed protesters and unarmed people shot to death with rubber bullets yet not a single report on the "news" even though there were multiple celeberties involved.

Yup, god bless merica

In the 60's and 70's, the U.S. government brought in a programe of sterilising native American women without their knowledge, as they were deemed to have a low level quality of life so should be stopped from having children.

Yes mate, have read about this, fucking disgraceful, that's your establishment who have governed you for centuries, many pogroms have been introduced over the years to control the hoi polloi, not just the Americans (colonials from europe) most european nations have had at it with merry old England leading the way.
We, as a species, are a terrible blight on this beautiful world, we don't deserve the right to succeed.

🤣🤣🤣🤡

Oh yeah, squished dinosaurs 🤣

Remember the 'oil shortages' of the 70s when they were fearmongering the end of oil?

How much has annual global usage multiplied since then? 20 fold? 40 fold? 100 fold?

Whenever we're told to worry about something; climate; oil; terrorism; Russia...you can be sure there's fuck all behind it, and someone is making fortunes out of it.

When something actually goes wrong, we would be the last to hear about it.

Can't read the article but isn't it more to do with an up-coming court case? JSO defendants hoping for leniency if they claim their campaign is over. The ideal outcome would be for JSO idiots to be banged up for an extended period and then Ed Milliband sacked, net zero abandoned and the fracking drills dusted off, coal mines reopened and the Northe Sea rigs fired up.

I have such a good feeling that all of this will happen!

Save the planet, make canal boats electric - fucking wankers :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Labour is implementing stricter net zero measures on fishing boats, canal barges and pleasure craft, The Telegraph can reveal.

Under the maritime decarbonisation strategy, boat owners will be forced to swap out diesel engines, petrol generators and wood-fired stoves for electric motors, batteries and extra shore power hookups.

Why not just go back to sail power and the horse and cart?

If Milliband wants to go down this route there are some statistics he needs to understand. In 1900 there were 3 million working horses for a human population of around 44 million. That's one horse for every 14 people. It takes at least two acres of land to feed a working horse, so in 1900 6 million acres of farmland were used just to feed the horses.

Today, at a conservative guess (because no one knows) there are 70 million people in the UK, so we'd need 5 million horses and 10 million acres of farmland just to feed them.
We only have 42 million acres of utilised farmland - and that figure is plummeting as farms are driven out of business, land is developed for housing and more and more of what is left is given over to rewilding and eco-experimentation.

So to return to horse power, Miliband, 25% of all available farmland in the UK today would be taken up in growing food just to feed those horses, rising to 30% within my liftetime. Given that we are barely 50% self-sufficient in human food production, we would be almost 100% reliant on imported food. And horses fart. Probably more than cows.

Fucking Miliband, an establishment sycophant, who is only in this current position, by the proverbial cock sucking, butt fucking, arse licking provided throughout his political career.

Fortunately, the parasitic elite have a plan where the required number of horses will be vastly reduced over the next 20-50 years. Ultimately, less than 50000 will be necessary instead of 5 million.

Can you tell what it is yet?
