Pure alcoholism my mam was the same .. 2 broken front teeth and a broken wrist and back drinking after being released from hospital the same day .. proper dregg behaviour 😌
A friend of mine met Oliver Reid back in the '80's because he was friends with his (my mate's) girlfriend's dad and coming into their house one day my mate found Reid pissed out of his head slugging whisky at the kitchen table with the girlfriend's dad.

Apparently Reid was pretty obnoxious. He was pie-eyed and after being introduced he grabbed my mate by the shirt front and threatened to give him a hiding if he ever did anything to upset Maria, the daughter.
My mate reckoned he was just a drunken oaf and he said if it hadn't been in his girlfriend's house he'd have decked the twat. He was about 19 at the time and a pretty hard bastard.
Unsurprisingly perhaps, the father eventually drank himself to death on whisky as well.

Cars/motorbikes are made to driven, ridden.
If I had the money to buy something like that I'd have it out on the road.

Cheaper insurance 🤷‍♂️
The Ferrari 288 GTO is significantly more expensive to insure than the Ferrari F40.
Because classic supercars are insured using agreed-value policies (where the premium is directly tied to the total replacement cost of the vehicle), market value is the ultimate deciding factor. Due to its extreme rarity, the 288 GTO commands a much higher market price and, consequently, a steeper insurance premium. [1, 2]
