I was going to ask a question about it but he has the business doodah on so he see's my email address and phone number

When you ask a question to most sellers, you normally just see a ask a question box to type into. On some sellers when you click on contact seller , you don't see just the ask question box but

you try it stu, press contact seller and see what happens

Ah, never seen that before as Ebay always hide direct contact details due to people dealing outside of Ebay - but with it being a vehicle advert that's already been paid then they give the details. (y)

It's the type of advert.
When placing a vehicle for sale you can elect for a classified advert, like autotrader etc.
It's not like an auction or buy it now, see...

1999 Ducati 996, 4,400 miles, £11,000 or best offer they are asking for. Reg is T965 HSA. In Bury St Edmunds.

Image 01 - Ducati 996 low miles MINT MINT

Description:

“This bike is in outstanding condition try and find a mark
on this bike because I can’t and don’t forget it’s 23yrs old and with just 4400 miles.”

Found marks on rear wheel, frame has a chunk of paint missing, front fairing and tank look like they were polished with 200 grit sandpaper and the seat is also shit.….

“I rode the bike 4 times to local bike meets and what a great handling bike and the noise :)”

Noise?

”This bike is definitely a one off in this condition there’s not one nut or bolt showing corrosion has to be seen.
Please no silly offers “

You all are the experts…that’s just what I noticed from the pics. It is a 23yo motorcycle…perhaps I’m being too critical.

1993 Ducati 900 ss. Meaty price at £6,999 but mileage at 1,394

Image 1 - Ducati 900 SS - 1993 - 1394 Miles

Or this one with a sensible 20k mileage at not much more than half the price .

What are people's thoughts on the price of this 998 - seems quite reasonable to me 🤔

This one is more in the ball park I would have expected for a 998

People's views on the asking price of this 998S are also welcome

Then there's this 998S at 16K

Just trying to gauge a fair price for mine.

I don't know why and ebay completed sales doesn't go back as far as they used too, but for some reason I recall that being on ebay last summer for around 6k by a private individual??
