Seller's description
Fantastic opportunity to own this K75 Race Bike/Cafe Racer. This project is 90% complete , just needs electrics wiring in & a few bits. Its had heaps of money thrown at it but 5 bikes and another project means it needs to move on. Would swap for Harley project or rolling sportster hardtail build. So, Suzuki TL1000 front forks grafted onto her, with modified front wheel to take twin discs (kawasaki) and Nissin callipers (wanted to keep stock wheels). A new stock RD400 Master cylinder was used to tie it all up. £600 worth of VW Bronze paint, Cafe Racer seat coversion, Monza fuel cap and adapter, recon radiator, hand made rearsets and selector modification, handmade zaust, Special build YSS rear shock, new rear Brembo brake cylinder, airbox delete and heavy breather (needs support bracket fabricated), BMW geared throttle delete and modern throttle fitted, digital clock, new Honda switchgear, comes with a brand new cafe racer nose fairing, huge Clymer manual, may have a few spares lying around.Probs loads more done to it but has cost a packet but I'm crap at electrics, so switches/clock need wired to bm wiring harness. As said its a 90% finished project but a proper job unlike many so called 'cafe racer's where folk have just swapped a seat & removed the fairing. Track focussed riding position & tell me if youve seen a better looking K75!!!Have V5 for bike.

I remember when those came out, when my son and me went to Motogp in 2008 at Donington there was one parked up on the grass on the entrance to the track( we where overflow ). Fucking fell in love with it, on the way back home coming down the M1 it shot past us, sounded awesome. I pulled into a garage for fuel and there it was. They didn't make many of them if i recall so they are a pretty rare thing, i've seen two out and about.
They had a nice RC8R in Teasdales (Main Dealer) 2 years ago for under £8kThe RC8R is the better one to have but the prices have gone silly. A lot were tracked on the early 2008=2009 ones so better to go for the 2010-2012 RC8's but check as much history as possible.
They seem to sit at the 6K mark for the standard bike and the Rs on 8K, at Sheffield 6 million quid!!They had a nice RC8R in Teasdales (Main Dealer) 2 years ago for under £8k
Bet that's a feckin handful in the twisties!
