Wowza you missed all the excitement 😳 ....................... nope, it was shit, I did some accounting paperwork while it was on and that was more entertaining 🥳

a couple of series from Netflix (other streaming mediums are available) worth a watch
both silly but good
Wednesday based on the adams family the woke mob are slating it so there’s a +
Tulsa king mafia based with sly Stallone

Just finished both series of "1899" on Netflix.

I cannot help but believe that a vast amount of drugs were consumed in writing and filming this.

Just my opinion, but even my tenuous grasp of reality is more reasonable than the makers!

Definitely took some brain cells to wrap my head around the idea but I enjoyed the story.

Started watching a Japanese game show on Netflix yesterday "Run for the Money"; it's basically a timed game of "Tag" with a Japanese twist which is always fun to watch. Whoever makes it to the end of the clock without being tagged gets the money which increases by the second.

Who remembers the original Ninja Warrior? That was some funny shit. The American version ruined it.

Some cool Tim Burton stuff
And Christina Ricci was of course Wednesday in the 90’s series

I`ve just discovered we have at home a channel called Great Movies and much to my surprise it actually has some great movies , or as we say in the UK , some good films.
Over the last few days I`ve seen Inside Man with @Char `s favourite masked bank robber and the other day Whiplash which is definitely the only film I have ever seen about a jazz drummer.
Don`t let that put you off, it`s well worth a viewing even if only for J K Simmons attention grabbing performance as the music teacher.

Bad Santa
...... starring Billy Bob Thornton .... I just love it

There are occasions when I feel a strong connection / sympathy with his character .....
( well , maybe not the safe-cracking or the obsession with large ladies' bottoms ) .

:p

John Ritter and Bernie Mac are superb , though sadly , both have passed away .

Warning - definitely NOT suitable for children , in-laws and elderly relatives !

A review from the Wiki page -
"A gloriously rude and gleefully offensive comedy, Bad Santa isn't for everyone, but grinches will find it uproariously funny."

Just watched 'The Monsters of Florence' on Netflix - very interesting if you like true crime.

I wasn't aware of those crimes even though I was in Montecatini Terme (about 15 miles from Florence) while the last two murders happened.

Watched The Batman yesterday / better than expected but he’s no Christian Bale

Went on about an hour too long
