It's a no unfortunately as despite being a fairly low and light bike Sally just didn't feel confident. A little progress has been made though and I'm looking out for a cheap and local bmw 310R , they are really small and light bikes.

The 310R, yes.The 310 are perfect for the wimmens... Or even those who identify as wimmens
Wimmins too small for the 310GS. You too small, too.
There's a nice 310 on Ebay at the moment, i did find myself looking at them a few months back. The Ebay one has the full rally raid spec, they look so much better with the wire wheels!!

The bike has been on Autotrader for 4 weeks now and apart from one obvious scam enquiry not a squeak. Compared to similar bikes it's not expensive so I'm a little surprised. I'm going to give eBay a go I think as an auction with a sensible reserve and see what happens. I listed the bike on eBay last night and by 9 this morning I'd had 3 serious enquiries through the old Auto Trader ad after 4 weeks of nothing. How does that happen? Anyway, 2 viewings today with the second paying a deposit and planning to collect tomorrow . Good old Auto Trader!
