Thought I'd do a brain dump of all the stuff I would take to a race meeting, this might take a while to compete and may be edited a few times;
2 sets of leather - good set and a set for the wet / rain
2 pairs of boots for the same reason - it's a long weekend with soaking wet kit.
2 pairs of gloves as above.
2 helmets, one for wearing and a spare incase first helmet gets mullered. Tint and clear / pinlock visors for both helmets.
Dog tags always get hung on the coat hanger of the main race suit
Back protector always use a separate protector as the ones fitted in race suits dont normally go low enough to protect your coxis
Johhny Suit is a good idea.
proper motorcycle ramp, or a least a decent scaffold board
Charge the transponder on Thursday, attach to the bike on Friday night.
Stanley rolling tool box - with all the tools I could possibly need.
Environmental mat - (2m*1m rubber mat) a requirement if you have to park on the grass (does happen)
2 kg fire extinguisher
Umbrella - it's Scotland ffs
shorts and cycle shorts
latex gloves (or whatever they are made off these days) otherwise you have black hands for 2 days
20L jerry can, Machinemart sell a good one
5L pouring jug, again machine mart. The best way to pour in or decant fuel from the bike with a siphon

small compressor and airline - saves a lot of dicking about when setting tyre pressures.
bead breaker, not 100% necessary I was always anal about tyre prep and can change my rubber with total self sufficiency - handy skill if there is no tyre truck
Digital tyre pressure gauge - a must have
basic spares - bars levers and foot pegs to get a crashed bike back on track
Get one of these
http://www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/product/details/clarke-double-sided-organiser-cht602 Great for all your spare bolts, dzus fasteners, ty wraps, nylocks etc
a stock of basic lubricants, copper grease, WD40 etc and some bike cleaner / muck off
Oli and an oil catch tray. If / when the bike goes down and you burst an alternator casing you will have to drop the oil to replace. Be prepared etc and you can be back out next session - better than missing racing for the rest of the day.
Good quality gaff tape 2" wide, you'll be shocked how often you use it.
A blue paper industrial roll - you never stop cleaning the bloody thing!
refuse sacks, at least one per day
extension lead with 230V blue industrial (commando) plug to fit to electricity supply + a normal extension lead as you may be a fair bit away from the nearest supply box
front ad rear paddock stands. Personal opinion Harris are best (and the most common)
race licence - you cant sign on without it!
You need an orange bib - I can post you my original one which I bought from the SACU office, let me know and I can shove it in the post.
Someone mentioned the Costco 10' x 2o' Canopy, they are solid and robust but only really suitable for a squad of 2/3 riders who race together. if you are on your own a pop up is way better as it will take a lot less time to deal with and takes up less van space. I got my canopy from a place up at Stirling who are into karting, they have a sale now and then and let go of canopies at keen prices. Worth a phone call to see what they have got. I'll try & find them on the interweb.
Edit 3.
Used to be Custom Canopies, I think this lot are the same people;-
