thank you - aye it has...

unfortunately it coincided with NU becoming Aviva. and my case was shuffled from (wrong) desk to desk before finding someone in the right dept of 3rd party's insurers - which took about 4 months IIRC


- has seemed to be a lack of co-ordination by Carole Nash too -

while CN were still paying lawyer for 9 months, medical report etc. right up to when it was decided to go to court, one department of Carole Nash seemed to think it wasn't being contested, and was going to repeatedly try and close the case at their end :banghead:
- this despite repeated phoning and telling them, my lawyer phoning and emailing and writing to them etc...:comp2::dunno:

they do say the wheels of justice turn slow, but to be honest, i think crap organisation by insurers can make things even slower..!:banghead:
