Chiz can I make a suggestion for when you first meet up with Bridget again?

Make sure you are ontop of her when you have rudeness for the first time. If she sits on top of you as you release months of pramfat, she is likely to be shot into space and can wave at Jeff Bezo's in his penis rocket.

Also started stripping the front guard.. fucken hell there was some paint on that!!! As well as loads of stickers under clear coat..

Aint done much on the track bike in the last week.
Put in new steering bearings and fitted the dash and rear wheel.
Kinda at a stand still till i get some parts..
Spoke with craig at moto rapido and am gunna order some bits in the next few days.. no idea how long they will take to get here though..
I can get a new alternator stator here for $398.00
(Which may have to be ordered in any way) or from rapido for $230.00! Bit of a difference..
Just about to get dressed and clean up the airbox assembly...

So, after collecting paint ( and beer), i got busy in the workshop..
Finished painting the rad, fan mounts, side stand and bracket. Also cleaned and painted the oil cooler and rad cap...
Cleaned front brake callipers, airbox , front sprocket cover and ignition..
It dont sound like much but this bike was filthy..
I dont know how anyone can let a bike get in such a state... even the ignition casing was thick with black grime.. the callipers took about an hour each with brake cleaner and scotch bright..
I should have taken some before pics of some of this stuff...
Probably should have done a thread on this tidy up.. it is going great if a lil slowly..

Hey, on another note, my forks look hideous.
the sliders and caliper mounts are ok and the forks seemed to work fine when i was riding it but the uppers a corroded to fuck ..
What to do? Im on a tight budget but would hate to put such ugly things on my lovely bike...
