Related but car insurance - The AA - changed the number plate, took about 5 minutes on the phone and zero fee. I've had longer phone calls with the bird!
Same thing on a bike with MCE - about 40 minutes and £30.
Been doing MCN compare and ringing round today - they are considering how much to rob me for the Tesi

The YR5 is on a separate classic policy so after Barry's quote above I looked at the R1 with no no claims as if the worst happens I will park the Bayliss and insure the Tesi and R1 separately - R1. Fully Comp, zero no claims £88.86

'Kin ell...did you explain to them what it looks like and that no one will ever want to nick it?
Tesi insured @ £342 with max no claims from 1st March - insured against Chassis No so in the hands of the DVLA to get it registered quickly, it can take 5 or 6 weeks evidently for single vehicle registrations that have gone through SVA 
R1 insured @ £88 with zero no claims
1098R Bayliss not insured but would have been £178 with zero no claims - it can have a year off...
So with the YR5 I've still only got 3 bikes on the road this year it's enough as I'm not greedy like @Robarano

This year, the plan is to have the 1098R (as long as my neck doesn't flare up again), Helga (mainly for Ireland and a few other trips) and the Vespa for commuting, on the road.
