What have you done on your bike today?

You’ve come a long way baby 🤣

Decent overnight sailing from Plymouth to Santander and great afternoon heading to Potes.

Very nice 1098r on the ferry and a Vincent.

Time to follow @The skitz ’s lead and plan out tomorrows route over a nice red.

The roads are so quiet in the mountains it's unreal.. I don't think you can go wrong in this part of the world but I'd stay in the hills for great biking country and the people are so much friendlier..

Cheers for the advice. Yes, have been lucky with the weather and the roads have been a lot quieter than imagined.

Joining another lad for this route tomorrow. Enjoying the mountains but may head over to Llanes and then along the coast for a day or so and as remember some great coastal roads and the road up to mirador del fito.

Made the mistake of blindly following the satnav for the journey home, ended up doing a chunk of motorway, but it didn’t spoil the day.

365kms from salamanca to Santander for the last 2 days of our trip .. I bounced of 160kmph today regularly and the wife was all composed so I can't complain about my pillion.. a couple of photos of last night in the square in salamanca and now the sea front in Santander 👌

I remember being very disappointed when they announced the end of the Escort.
Anyway, had a vist from two of my lovely grandaughters who became the first people to sit on my newly finished project bike!

Thanks guys! They are lovely girls and a lot of fun! The little bike is about the right size for the 10yr old! That is the tank you forwarded on to me Noobie!

Don’t know if it’s always been the same and I just hadn’t noticed, but came home a different (busier) way today.

Couple of times when behind a row of traffic the person at the back of the queue (directly in front of me) waved me past, being cautious I pulled out and checked before overtaking.

Then filtering through long lines of cars (two lanes, going down the middle) loads of the cars moved over a bit to let me through, mostly younger drivers.

🤷‍♂️😀

Nice when it happens Alan, oop narth it's a wee bit more problematic, a considerable amount of fuckheads behind the wheel these days, have little or no understanding of filtering, they will deliberately block your path, some will even try to run you off the road, If I had a pound for every time I've punched a mirror or kicked a car door I'd have 37 pounds 🤭
A few years ago I actually had a bit of a dance with a kunt who swerved into me as I was slowly filtering, high beam and hazards on, just before the Tyne tunnel on the A19 , had a visit from the feds for that, some bastard took a photo of my reg.
