If they rolled along it then are you sure it's flat - do you have a phone video showing the marbles in the phone's viewer without resorting to AI trickery? 🤔

They rolled when I applied force to them and then carried on rolling through momentum until friction slowed them to a stop. I could discern no difference in behaviours based upon direction using the Mark 1 Eyeball method.

Would you like to fund a study to confirm my observations?
Camera equipment and the services of a neutral video editor who can confirm that no shenanigans occurred... I think this doable for a little over £5k, certainly under £10k. Let me know when you have the cash ready.
