Health thread

I found out about a bug going around tonight called the HMPV virus - realised I've had it for 10 days now and I'm sick of it

I wonder if I've had that. Had some sort of infection for a good month but it was all in my upper chest and throat. Head and sinuses were completely clear but bronchial tubes were rattling and wheezing with a hacking cough, slight fever and general exhaustion. Didn't feel like a normal cold or flu.

Then after three weeks I had a bout of gastric flu - violent shits and stomach cramps that lasted about 72 hours. And the day it was gone I woke up with gout in my foot. That also went in 24 hours.

Had to have a few days off work and I have been in I've been feeling wiped out and struggling to do half a days work.
There some weird shit going round.

Who are these pharma companies going to sell their quack poisons to when they've killed off the population and
there's only a couple of dozen billionaires left living on fortified islands in the Caribbean?
They haven't thought this through. Chinless nancy man-bag twats.

On top of this, in my experience the skin doesn't burn the same when on a carnivore diet...just go red, then brown, but my skin doesn't peel anything like it used to do.

I use factor to stop getting burned to fuck but I always use less and less as the year goes on ... I have mates smother themselves in factor 50 and never get any colour.. the fuckers are all full of moles and shit the f50 is supposed to stop .. and always sick with colds and every dose going 😒

Initially I thought the increase in the younger folk getting colon cancer might have been down to the increase in anal but this article suggests it might be something quite different

It's all of the above really the amount of crap we are now running thru out systems food wise on top of every type of medication for shit our bodys can fight completely unaided is actually unnatural 😐

Diet has to be a major factor as well. Additives in processed food are known to destroy gut bacteria - which is why people who eat ultra-processed food cannot control their appetite. There is a colon cancer surge in America: America, as well as being the most medicated country in the world, also has the most processed diet in the world.

Think how hard your digestive system needs to work to break down 'foods' with multiple ingredients. A shop bought biscuit for example - might have 20 ingredients that all have different absorption rates, and need different bacteria to break them down. Then there's fibre...totally unnecessary in the human diet. I understand that people eating a lot of veg's might benefit from it as a means of pushing stuff through their system, but that should tell you something in itself.

A lot of people cured gut issues by switching to carnivore; IBS; chrones. Simplify what's going in then it isn't working against a lot of other items. Beef is over 90% bioavailable so there's very little that needs expelling. Your gut has an easy time breaking down and utilising it. All the elements required for humans to be able to access the nutrients in beef, are contained within it - it's almost perfect nutrition. Some say 'well brocolli has plenty of protein in it' - ok, but it doesn't contain the elements that allow the human body to access it.

Tell that to the 83 young children that died in Samoa in the 2019 Measles outbreak, due in part to fuckwits spreading bullshit about vaccines.

What other factors were there in Samoa? Because when I was a kid, nearly everyone had had measles, and you never heard of anyone dying from it.

I’ll tell what no one had back then though - autism. Which is now at 1 in 56 in American kids. The rise in autism and the increase in childhood vaccines mirror each other.

There wouldn’t be any vaccines if the manufacturers didn’t have immunity from prosecution. That should tell you how safe those things are.

When my parents were children there was no polio vaccine. When my mother was born, polio was one of the most feared infections of earth because of it's dreadful consequences- paraplegia, quadriplegia and respiratory collapse, condemning victims to paralysis or a life imprisoned in the horrific looking iron lung, an image still very much in circulation when I was a boy and had my polio vaccine. It was a major killer of children through the nineteenth and the first half of the twentieth century and caused millions of cases of crippling paralysis. Mass vaccination didn't begin until 1955 and it took 20 years for the disease to be erradicated.
Research into smallpox vaccination began in 1796. It took until 1959 for a world-wide vaccination programme to be put in place and even now coverage is incomplete at 99%. Smallpox was another horrific disease that was endemic across the world prior to this programme and has been observed in mummified bodies thousands of years old.

The difference with these vaccines was that they were developed over decades, if not centuries, and at government level, not on the hoof in a few months by big pharma looking to make billions. Indeed, big pharma did not exist.
The are vaccines, and there are vaccines. The concept of mass-vaccination can be, and has been, an enormous blessing for mankind (and for animals in many cases). The idea is sound. And I'm grateful to have lived my life in a world where the spectre of pestilences like polio, smallpox and TB where not lurking in the background like the grim reaper, graveyards were not full of people in their 30's and 40's and dying of old age became the normal expectation. It's the development and implementation that becomes cursed when the medical imperative is hi-jacked by politics and money. That doesn't mean we shouldn't do it, but we should be doing it properly and for the right reasons.

Thank you. That is the clearest on-line explanation of "vaccines" and their purpose that I have yet seen.

There is a big difference between being given one vaccine and being given multiple vaccines. Each vaccine given is designed to set up a reaction in your body These take place over a period of weeks. If the body is overloaded by trying to react to multiple vaccines problems occur.
For years we gave our young stock a four in one vaccine against clostridial diseases. One year when this was unavailable we used a seven in one vaccine instead.
The result was quite distressing. The young stock first became lethargic then unresponsive. We thought we were going to lose them all. They did recover but were always a weak bunch.

My G'father (born 1886) suffered from polio it left him with a limp. My mother made sure my siblings and I were all vaccinated against it. A girl at school who was vaccinated against polio got the disease and was crippled by it. Take your pick.

Polio is passed on through contaminated food and faeces. You can say that improvements in hygiene are what is the cause of the reduction in polio cases - there was no change in the downward trajectory of cases when the vaccines were introduced.
These days the polio vaccine is the leading cause of polio.
