Dude, everyone knows thatT.I.L. That "Love will tear us apart" by Joy division, was one of the songs on their second and last album due to one of it's founding members Ian Curtis, having depression, a failed marriage and epilepsy and sadly took his own life at 23.
Some months later and with a new Keyboardist/guitarist, They became New Order

The origin of the surname Barker
Barker Gate in the Lace Market in 1966. It got its name because this was where many tanners lived, using a by-product of oak bark called tannin in the tanning process.

Mr and Mrs BARKER - do you know anyone with that surname?

Oak bark stacked, ready to be transported by rail. By the 1820s, domestic production likely decreased to between 60,000 and 70,000 tons per year.
During the spring and summer, oak bark is peeled from felled oak trees. This bark is then allowed to dry for a period of two to three years before being finely ground.
The history of this craft goes back to around the bronze age, some of the earliest bark tanneries would have been pits lined with timber and filled with bark, bark rubbed directly into the hide or case skinned hides filled with bark and water and hung from a tree to tan.
Oak bark is full of tannin which help cure hides - a fascinating and ancient process.
