.... watching episode 1 just before you go to bed, with a mature cheddar toasties...isn’t the best thing when you are to be woken by an aircraft on approach at 5am...

I friend of mine was diagnosed with cancer of the jaw... they removed his jaw and made a new one out of his fibula... apparently we don't use it much.Did you find yourself shouting at the screen telling him not to go there?
I'm watching in Channel 5, The surgeons, a matter of life or death. Very very graphic. one of the operations is cancer of the face. Absolutely fantastic how much science has progressed in some areas.

Is the climate bollox well & truly trashed in this show or is there a wanky attempt at bullshit "balance"? Thanks!Just binged Landman, Billy Bob Thornton and Ali Larter

In a word Loz, yes.Is the climate bollox well & truly trashed in this show? Thanks!
Thanks. I've seen the monologue (it's wonderful) but I didn't want to watch hours of cvntistry just for one bright, shining moment of sanity. In a word Loz, yes.
Billy Bob does a monologue on the subject
Nah the cuuntistry is mentioned and played out with the purdy young female litigator and Mr oilman, how ever this minor to the main storyline of trying to keep up production of the elixir of society that has 140 years of infrastructure built around it, trying to explain the there is another 200 years worth still buried but its increasingly harder and more expensive to get out. Then the statement that there is nothing else even close to being suitable.Thanks. I've seen the monologue (it's wonderful) but I didn't want to watch hours of cvntistry just for one bright, shining moment of sanity.
Interviewing for a job? Learn from this guy:
I interviewed a candidate that probably came from the same village or family. Have no idea how he made the list. Total waste of time.Sounds like dude doesn’t want a job

I agree, she handled that interview professionally, not sure I would have lasted as long or been as cordial after that 1st response.I can’t believe she carried on after the ‘team of one’ revelation![]()
