Had an awesome ride out with the chaps today. Wore my new motox helmet and goggles as a comfort check. Not comfortable at 170kph I can tell you!

One of the guys at our table is a vet and was telling us this story about anaesthetising a parrot before chopping a tumour off its leg. They have to waft the gas at the parrot until it drops as it is too hard to administer the correct amount cos of size etc. So they finally wafted enough gas to make the bird unconcho and the vet sparkled up his tiny gas fired cauterising scalpel and the bird burst into flames cos of all the gas trapped in its plumage!
