The Harley is loud but i would say my 900ie was louder. When i rode down to Italy in 2014 getting the bike off the ferry there was 3 guy's on Harley's that were loud untill i fired up the 900ie and it just blanked them out!!Pardon

Out and about yesterday, not particularly warm but not cold and for the first time ever I got Raynauds in one finger on my left hand. It went completely numb and white, no normal flesh colour remaining, really like the finger had died.

Very strange as I`ve been riding for 47 years and while years ago before heated grips and Gaylord Gloves I`d get frozen fingers this was just 1 finger with the rest all ok. It`s not a new bike or new gloves so I can`t figure out what caused it. I stopped for 30 minutes or so and the finger slowly came back to life and it didn`t recur on the rest of the journey.

Moved the 998 to the front garage in readiness for a trip - it’s going for a recommission service and alarm removal later this week prior to selling
