What have you done on your bike today?

Looking to the right, how fekkin big is the bike that had those brake discs and sprockets on

I have often thought it would be economical in both a monetary and weight sense to have the rear sprocket do two jobs, sprocket and brake disc. Any arising issues can simply be dealt with on the side of the road.

Hi. No refund but a credit note so it’s not too bad as it’ll get used. In fact I would have used part of it today (bank holiday Monday) for a trackday at Lydden hill. But as I’ve finally got a bite on my Norton commando that I’ve been trying to sell I thought best to sell that rather than do a trackday.

Today i took advantage of the weather and went for a blast on the HD and my ankle is better, i went to the garage next to Loomies for fuel then headed for Stockbridge. I then rode to Kings Somborne then onto Romsey, i went past a pub just before Romsey and it was packed full of bikes so an obvious event. I couldn't be bothered to go in and carried on to Romsey then home. It's meant to be ok for the rest of the week so will get out a bit more before the weather turns crap!!

Today i rode down to Sammy Miller's for custom bike day, fucking scorchio day it was bloody marvellous!! A huge turnout and loads of stalls selling stuff, by far the biggest turnout i've ever seen so far this year. It was 26 degrees apparently but i rekon it was hotter than that.

Just saw this Jim, but I wasn't. Quite a bit on today.

Had a ride to daughters to see the family - then on to see my lad, then home.
A nice 75 mile loop.

On one point there were two Audis racing - an A6 and some SUV - I was convinced one or both was going to bin it so hung back (I was never going to get involved anyway) but didn’t do by the time I took a different exit from a roundabout. I almost followed them in case I was right

I don`t know about the rest of you but usually when I`m riding a steady stream of semi conscious gibberish goes through my mind, sometimes I`ll say things out loud, sometimes just to myself. Anyway, on today`s ride I noticed the drivel was in a fairly strong Northern Irish accent . So it was. Butter & Rosti Potatoes were particularly good in that accent, have ago if you don`t believe me. That got me thinking about having runny fried eggs on rosti fried in butter. Fried eggs doesn`t sound anywhere near as good though so I`ve ruled that out for today.
Please feel free to list any other words that work well in an N. I. accent or any other for that matter preferably in time for my next ride in about 2 hours.

Im glad i read this, its good to hear im not the only one that talks complete bollocks to myself when riding!!
Sometimes when i stop riding i do a recap of the conversation ive had with myself and wonder what the fuck is wrong with me.

9 times out of 10 i am riding in a fit of rage as yet another car pulls out infront of me, i'm fucking sick of it!! It usualy happens when there's fuck all behind me but they just can't fucking wait 1 second of there meanigless existence!!
