What the feck have you done today?

The banshee motor has different ports for more mid and less top end power along with just 5 gears VS the RD's 6. That leads to a much lower top speed- about 85mph vs 130 with the RD motor. I have been oart of a Banshee swap into a Ninja 500 chassis years ago and you cant go small enough with the rear sproket as the chain will hit the swing arm. It looks like we will be picking up the rusty, corroded barn find on Sunday,
A mate here in the UK has built many RD350LC's with banshee cases but I guess he modifies a lot top end wise - he also imported a few cnc crank case sets from the USA - his most powerful RD350LC so far ran over 120+BHP at the rear wheel but cost a packet - but it was for a customer of his.

Id only be interested in selling to people that share my birthday of april the FUCKEN 2ND...
evey one else can make their own.
Tbh i dont think id be selling any, imagine the postage cost on a large concrete biscuit!

So these biscuits you're making - they work as both laxative and anti-depressant?

I distinctly recall you saying they were made from clay... must be "special NZ" clay...

Even if it's just beer money - once you have the mould it's easy money 🥳

Hmmm... not really... ill probably only get one mold offa the master as it will most likely break. I dont know how many casting i would get of the mold but i wouldnt think too many.
The concrete will probably have to sit in the mold for several days coz the lil details would break if taken out too soon so i couldnt exactly pump em out. They will be fucken heavy and not suited to stacking so would take up space, especially in a retail area.
But ya never know. I do have loads of ideas for more , perhaps slightly smaller and more simple. There is also ways to reduce weight and make more durable molds but that comes at a cost . Anyhu, all that is getting a bit ahead of myself, gotta finish this one for a start!
Also ive a house to finish !!!! Im just killing time while i cant work for a few days.
Beer money does sound good though...

Some of you may remember the above from 2 weeks ago. On walkies today i noticed they were gone only for me to see them at the end of the walk now outside a water pumping station not 2 minutes walk from home. My first thought was that i must take them home , swiftly followed by why and what would I use them for. Still tempted so if any of you can come up with a good reason please let me know.

Here are ten for starters:

Upgraded my Tesco mobile deal so I can run my laptop from the phone's 5G after tomorrow when my BT home broadband contract ends. Whether it will end is debateable. I instructed them by phone to terminate my account at the expiry of my contract (should be expiration, but fuck it...). They confirmed it by email - which I've saved as a document - just in case.
A day later they sent another email telling me my contract was about to expire and I could either sign up to a renewed deal at £35 a month for another two years or do nothing and my service would continue (at £40 a month).
I fully expect my service to continue tomorrow and when I log on to what should be a defunct BT account I will find I've been signed up, against my express wishes, to £40 a month for the next two years. At which point my direct debit will be cancelled and a copy of the cancellation email will be sent to BT's complaints department in the post with a covering letter informing them that my case has been passed to Trading standards with a copy to the Communications Ombudsman.

We shall see. My new Tesco Mobile contract is SIM-only at £14 a month, fixed for the whole the two years with 100G of 5G data - which is vastly more than I will ever use.
Looked at Starlink but as far as I can see they want £299 up front for the dish and then £40 a month, so they can fuck off as well. What internet access I can't get from my phone at £14 a month I don't need. A first step in de-digitalising my life.
Well it seems to work. With a bit of help from a bloke in Currys (well, he did it all. I had no feckin idea) I've got my laptop paired to the phone through mobile hotspot and provided I leave my phone on the bedroom window sill I get 5G access at home without being bent over for £40 odd a month by BT et al. May look into getting a outdoor booster antenna but for now it works for the very modest internet speeds I need. It's saving me about £400 a year.
