What the feck have you done today?

This delightful white Tesla LB75DVU with the owner presumably a devout environmentalist parked in the parking area between my warehouse and the unit next door last Sunday.
You can see @7.30 pm just prior to arrival there is no rubbish around, just leaves on the ground. The car is there for about an hour and as you can see takeaway waste is left behind. Luckily the cctv recorded it all including the moment when the rubbish was thrown out.
I absolutely hate littering and fortunately at the council office there is a like minded employee so I'll send the footage. Based on previous incidents the owner gets a letter from the council and a visit from the police as littering is an offence. Often the people who park here out of hours visit for sex and drugs and rock-'n'-roll and often with someone other than their regular partner so i suspect the atmosphere at their home must be nice.
My only concern about reporting this type of incident is always the possibility that the offender may cause trouble but i fucking hate littering! I appreciate its small scale littering in the scheme of things but that's not the point.

I get the same in our farm gateway. Nappies, condoms, fast food litter, cans and bottles, Rubble, garden waste and on two occasions dumped cars! They also urinate there too.
On the occasions that I've caught them littering they get very defensive try my patience further with lame excuses. Grrr!

There have been a couple of recent incidents in working hours.
The first involved what turned out to be a working girl and her client. She kindly offered to pay to use the parking space and enquired if she could rent it on a regular basis. I said no but wonder would the company balance sheet be better if I had allowed her to. Maybe she has friends in the same game and it could have been a good income stream ?
The second one I saw throwing food waste out and then get in the back of the car with his " friend" . I went straight over and pointed to the cctv and said clean it up or I`ll report you to the police. To my surprise he apologised, cleaned up and then left presumably heading off somewhere a little quieter.

Get a few more, hi-def cameras up and start a new line of business

Change the chain on the ground for a stinger 👍🏼

We have a chain on the ground already as you can see in the pictures, it stops the scum bags parking outside my unit. I suggested to our neighbour they we move it along to block their space too but they don`t seem bothered. Surprising really as there staff occasionally have to wade through used baby wipes and condoms as well as take away food waste and the odd drug paraphernalia. Not very nice.
