Kawasaki KR1000 Endurance Replica

He has everything for the job, and a Dyno too which will be needed next year
A dymo is always useful you can label it as kitchen 🤣

The polished surface is as tasteful as a Harley rider with tassels ... still, if the jacket fits I suppose.

The half polished surface of the cases that aren't finished yet as the clutch mechanism is still being manufactured - well that's amazebobs - still, it won't be a mirror polish like you fancy yet slow types like :)(y)

My clutch cable kit came and I've routed and fitted the outer sheath - made an additional support bracket and fitted the fairing to check it all clears - and it did 🥳 nothing really shows once the fairing is on apart from the Clutch Cover area.

The routing is smooth with no restrictions which is nice and hopefully with the overall clutch mechanism design will give a very light clutch - at least in comparison to the standard set up.

Just the cable to crop now and to get my mate to splay and solder the nipple in place...

Beer now 🍻

Fitted a Silicon sleeve to the top half of the Clutch Cable to prevent rubbing on full lock against the Headlamp / Fairing bracket. Also had the nipple fitted so all connected up now - just waiting for the internal clutch activation shaft to be finalised which will be soon, then I can get the clutch operating for the first time :)

I might change the Red shrink wrap on the bare cable to black as it's a bit too bling - I thought it might draw attention to the mechanism but it's perhaps a tad over the top

It’s all good as AndyB loves a bit of red bling.
