Not Quite yet

Stewart
Not been out on bike post op, shoulder needs TLC to ensure nothing snaps or dislodges!!
Been for physio today in Alnwick, have to say great 1hr long appointment and they want to see me again in Berwick uopn Tweed Monday, then its consultant 27th in Darlington....This means quite a slow recovery but will be fit to ride early March....
Can drive (although painful) so will be at AGM at the Starvation Hotel, had hoped to get up to Perth for Sundays meet but that is too long a drive at present....
Hope you get your powder coating sorted soon...
Rock on
Bruce

Well been to see consultant in Darlington this morning (180 mile round trip!!) and its all good news..... Can now start getting full movement cos there is no fear of screws/ligaments dislodging!! He told me to start painting ceilings etc FGS  as long as I dont try and lift any heavy weights...So I am delighted, means will be on bike within a couple of weeks!:D

Seen the Consultant Surgeon today

Well, been down to Darlington today 190 mile round trip for a 3m appointment!!!! I was supposed to be seen at 10.30am and was seen at 11.45am, not good as I had to be back in Wooler for work at 2.00pm!!! However the Doc is happy with the result and its now just a case of steady progress, he does not need to see me again which is good!!! I think I was over optimistic as to the outcome so indeed it is "steady away" for the now....:D
