One question for those on the trip. Would you like an extra night on tour?
Rather than going Dingle to Schull we could stop off at Kenmare and push Schull to a Sat arrival rather than Friday (it won’t get round the lack of accommodation in Schull as the film festival is in until Sun 28/5) and it means we get more time on the Kerry and Beara Peninsulas which are just fantastic rides, especially the latter.
The only thing is I don’t know when your respective return ferries are and if you have the time - although Mon 29/5 is a UK bank holiday, so unless you’re self-employed the boss shouldn’t be calling you in.

We could of course come up with a cunning plan, come up with a competition which enables both of us to go, but seriously , very sorry to hear about your wife’s health problem, knee issues are excruciating as I have found out the hard way, I hope that they can get it sorted, however these days your only viable option seem to go private, shameful state of affairs
