My mistake, yep 600,000 L/day, still not much, at work we take up to 14,000,000 L/day with no appreciable effect to the aquifer. Water is something we are usually not short of here. At work we have over 25 years of data from upstream and downstream bore monitoring to back that up.

I work at one of the world's largest Dairy Factories; we process up to 14,000,000 L/day of milk.
