Not only is I svelte, I recently won the pub arm wrestling championship, beating all the 30-something wannabes (true story - caused much consternation and despondency at the time which still hasn't died down). Spending six months of the year every winter swinging a 3 1/2 pound axe all day every day probably helps, but TBH a lot of it is as much about strategy as strength. Surprise your opponent and get him rattled, let him wear himself out (defence uses a lot less energy than attack) and then go in for the kill.
