Stood behind a couple in a queue at a chemist today, couldn’t help but overhear their conversation.

They were discussing which vitamins, creams and tablets would be best for them and their children. At one point I could have sworn one of the said ‘what about behaviour tablets for xxxxx’ - must have misheard that.

Fucking idiots. Grass fed beef is carbon negative and regenerates the land they graze on.

Crops deplete land of its nutrients. A large percentage of land is only suitable for growing grass for grazing animals.

Humans thrive on meat - how else did they survive ice ages? Meat, the proper human diet 👍

Since the Scotchland trip, i've been eating more...and have lost another 7lbs - now over 80lbs in total.

It goes to show that calories in, calories out is complete nonsense.

I've still been having my usual big meal early afternoon (about a pound of beef, either big steaks, or braised beef, or fried fatty mince), but have been getting hungry between so have been having something either in the mornings or evenings - scrambled eggs, or this morning I've just had a tin of red salmon.

I've not been trying to lose weight, and if I did, eating more sounds to be counter intuative, but there you go.

I have lost over half a stone in 4 weeks.

I felt like crap for the first 3 weeks or so, but now I am feeling much better.

You deprive your body it stores and holds fat.. It's been evolved to notice lean times food wise and conserve reserves.. Eat freely good food the body will regulate itself 👌 I absolutely refuse to deprive myself of any meals 👀
