Protein etc from meat comes with the correct amino acids, in the right proportion to metabolise in humans.
Tomato sauce and puree in general is dirt, its full of sugar and other shite we dont need .. if you like whats in tomatoes and feel they are beneficial eat the fucking the vegetables

I do. I don't eat any processed food. I don't even use gravy granles or stock cubes. I do use tom puree but I don't by the own brand cheap shit that is made in China and loaded with additives. I buy pure Italian brands or I use chef grade sundried tomatoes (not from supermarkets).
My point was the inconsistancy of politicians who don't understand nutrition.

Generally viagra will lower blood pressure so Generally its beneficial if one was on a mad bender, but like everything human we tend to think if one is good 2 must be better so 3 is the sweet spot ... I'm an odd bunny and I know my blood pressure after a half bottle of vodka and copious amounts of Colombian fun .. my blood pressure still stays normal but id have mates on the same doses as me and they be telling me their heart is beating out of their chest ... I can literally go from full party mode to fast asleep instantly.. its bizarre how different people process drugs and alcohol
