Today after my blood test i went home to do a few niggles on the bike(still not fitted the replacment bars yet:rolleyes:) then rode out to Salisbury. Horrible weather here dark clouds and not to warm, got out to Salisbury and the clouds cleared and it was realy nice, people walking around in t-shirts. While out there i went to the post office to send a package out for something i sold on Ebay.
Anyway i rode home and the closer i got to Southampton the cloud came back, keeps looking like it's gonna piss down but got home dry.:)

Just packed all my stuff for MotoGP at Phillip Is on Sun. Looks like it may be showery but we are still a few days out for an accurate forecast…My mate Kelvin stumped up for a grandstand seat at the start finish line pretty much. I am stretching my finances just walking around!

Today after being woken up by my Drs the results of my blood test i had before the one yesterday🤪 my vitamin D level is low. They have forwarded a prescription of vitamin D booster to my pharmacy that is 3 months worth. Now, i take vitamin D supplement anyway so wtf is going on here?, either the vitaman D i take is something bogus or my levels of vitamin D are realy off the scale low!!🤷‍♂️
Anyway, the weather is raining and overcast here and that seems like the trend for the rest of the week:(.

Make sure you get plenty of fats (animal fats) as vit d supplements are fat soluble so need it to be able to benefit.

I take 4,000 units a day every day, as said it is fat soluble and if you are "big boned" you would probably need more.

One thing i don't eat a lot of is fish, being the son of a Gozitan dad i ate lot's of fish growing up and staying in Gozo for i month a year. When in Gozo we would go to the fish market that was held at the inland sea. Don't know if they still have it there but more than likely not:mad: but it was caught that morning. A lot of it was still alive it was that fresh:), one thing i don't like is squid:sick:.
The national fish of Gozo is the Lampuki that used to be on there stamps, the other name for it that is more commonly known is Dorado. Lovely fish, my dad would cook it and it is realy nice.
I used to eat a lot of tuna and out of the blue i get a serious craving for fish, the body telling you something imo so i'm going to start eating more from now on.🐟

Id question that with the amount of time you spend outdoors looking at punctures you should be getting loads of vit D 👀😆
