My gf son is a football coach so he works Saturday and Sunday morning.
When he left this morning he had a flat tyre so he had to take his mums car.
When he’d gone I took the wheel off and went into town to get a new tyre fitted and came back and put the wheel back on.
He’s just come in and given me this as a thank you.

All the Islay whiskies are peaty, very nice if you like them that way
I was behind our accountant at the till and he had about 15 bottles of wine…some mushrooms and some tomatoes.
He said “I didn’t come in for any wine, but they’re on offer; I came for the mushrooms for a sauce…we’re having steak”.
Now, being an accountant he could have got away with that…except the veg is at the other end of the store from the wine

Not been the biggest fan of Whiskey however a few glasses into this and I can see the appeal.
Paired it with a Ramon Allones Specially selected which is smoking rather well
